The service
ProspectBeam researches publicly available information about local businesses, helps you qualify them, and sends outreach from the mailbox you connect. Inbox placement and replies depend on your domain, your offer and your data — we do not guarantee outcomes.
Acceptable use
Use the product for lawful business outreach only, from mailboxes you control. Do not use it to send spam, harassment, illegal or deceptive content, and respect the sending caps and windows the product enforces. You are responsible for the messages your workspace sends and for complying with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you.
Plans and billing
New workspaces start on a free trial with no card. Plan limits (verified emails, sends, mailboxes, active campaigns) are enforced as described on the pricing page and in your dashboard. When billing goes live, subscriptions are handled by our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your workspace content stays yours. We keep the platform, including the research engine and templates, and may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve it.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months. We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do.
