What we store
Your account email and a hashed password; your workspace content (prospects, drafts, campaigns); the mailbox you connect, with its app password encrypted at rest and never shown again; and public business information your campaigns research. Server logs keep basic request metadata (time, route, status) for security and debugging.
How we use it
Only to run the product: authenticate you, research the businesses your campaigns target, send the emails your workspace schedules from your own mailbox, and show you usage and results. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your prospects for our own campaigns.
Who processes it
Infrastructure and research run on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud (including AI processing of public business websites). Transactional emails you receive from us (verification, password reset) are delivered by Resend. A payment provider will process subscriptions when billing goes live. Each provider sees only what its job requires.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Your choices
You can remove your connected mailbox at any time, pause or delete campaigns, and ask us to export or delete your workspace. Write to hello@amanlab.me and we will act on it.
